Tamarind soup A very unusual taste for a western palette. Needs some getting used to. It was onion pork garlic and loads of the bitter sweet tamarind. I wasn't a fan but it was great to try considering we ate our meal on the farm under the tamarind trees :) Ps. Didn't take photo but this is a tamarind tree.

Tao dinner We made pork skewers and bbq'd them. Marinated pork (reared and killed on the Tao farm. In vinegar garlic ginger chilli sugar soy. It was a fatty meat but really great taste.
