With the fried fish a plate of fresh al dente vegetables with a dash of soy.
Eating fresh food after snorkelling and swimming all day is amazing. I'm always starving after swimming and we just tuck in with our hands :)

Dried fish. Seriously salty and goes really well with the watermelon, rice and fried eggs. Not so sure about the super fishy dried squid !
Sauce was a coconut vinegrette.
