Bamboo pith dumpling - the dark filling one. It had a consistency of mince meat and was a rather bland filling but the pasta part was so thin and soft.
Lotus paste bun. I love these steamed buns. Taste like china :) the paste was sweet but sweet like a fresh banana not sweet like chocolate or candy.
Shrimp and mountain green dumpling
Plump fresh prawns with a fresh spinach like paste. Really well balanced.
Salted vegetables and cuttlefish with rice vermicelli.
Wasn't v salty rather a nice sea taste from the cuttlefish. Vermicelli always needs soy or a sauce I think.
