Eating again. :) Made up for yesterday.
Sweet and sour pork with batter fried corn kernels.
The tempura on the pork was light the sauce literally the best I've ever had for sweet and sour. Not too sweet or bitter. Great consistency.
The corn was salty and tasted sort of like it was fried with breadcrumbs but think its a batter that's drizzled in.
Another do this at home recipe.
Dali beer too. Won't be going there but we're in the province so worth a try
Such a perfect date.
Ps. We now know we should share one rice a main and a veg and a beer.
Loads of food and none wasted :)
