Arrived in El Calafate after another 20 hours on the bus!!
El calafate is towards the bottom of Argentina...so getting really cold now!!

As soon as we got off the coach it was like i'd won an award!! Flocks of people came up to me promoting that theres was the best hostel around to stay in!!!

after a few minutes of bartering and haggaling i managed to barter down from 35 peso's a night (about 5 quid) to 32 peso's......so i saved myself about 60p a night!! but every little helps :-)

Anyway...this hostel is amaxing!! run by really cool people, chill out room, bar you name it etc etc.

I've just got back from an excursion which took me to the Perito Moreno Glacier - The trip was Awesome!, the glacier was huge!, we trecked on the glacier for 1.5 hours. Pretty scary in some parts as the large ....cravette.....i think thats right.....but big holes anyway!!

Drunk some of the water that was runing under some of the ice on the glacier, (better than that bottled stuff apparently) anyway....maybe it was the atmosphere, but that water was out of this world, you've never tasted water like it.

Saw the ice come crashing into the glaciers massive lake, sounded like thunder! really ace to watch.

Anyway pretty tired now, few beers and i've just discovered theres a Casino down the road.....wish me luck.....29!!!!! lol

Tomorrow.....Think were making our way over to Bariloche....then back up North to Mendoza (check out the vineyards!! & SUN!!!!! hah)
