hey guys sorry we've been so rubbish at writing on here and keeping you up to date!! in laos atm...is soooooo nice but had to go on a TWO DAY slow boat ride to get here!!!!was worth it though...went to some waterfalls today and had a swim in them which was v nice and refreshing goin on a biking/rafting tour tomorow which should be fun and hopelfully not too challenging!!!! in laos for about 6 more days and then its over the border to vietnam! hope you are all well and not missin us too much!!! lots of love xxxxxxxxxxxxx
