We arrive at Siem Reap early evening and stay at the 'Boutique Hotel'.It is very nice.We are starving so head out to the main street for food.We order a tasting platter of Khmer food and Henry also orders a barbecued frog. The food is delicious. We then head down to the night market. It is fantastic with stalls and lots of massage available right at the bottom of the market.Hen and I decide to get a foot scrub with foot massage.I think it costs £2 each.As we are getting our feet down there is a local dance group performing right in front of us.It's fantastic.

We hire a Tuk Tuk to take us to Angkor Wat.The first temple we arrive at is the 'Angkor Wat' temple. It is huge. Bigger than I thought I could ever be.We take lots and lots of photos and stay around this temple for an hour or two as it's so beautiful and peaceful. We arrive at the second temple and again we are astonished at it's size and beauty. We spend most of the day going from temple to temple.Everyone is so different.I found the temples very calming and could have spend hour just sitting looking at them.On our last day we go to visit an Orphanage. It was the OEO Orphan and Education Organisation. It was not the large one that everyone goes to, this was a very small (one house) orphanage down a side street in the local area ran by volunteers. The kids were fantastic and were so friendly.Everything is done in the one building.Sleeping, cooking, schooling etc. They were just starting to build their new school.I am hoping to send them some money some day.I really, really wanted to take the kids home with me.I will raise some money for them one day as they really need it.On the bus to Bangkok tomorrow.Thailand Beaches here we come!
