So for the past 5day we have been island hopping round some of the wonderful island Indonesia has to offer. So much stuff we haven't seen an unfortunately don't have the time to see but we have had such a brilliant time!

We started by a trip to Sengiggi on the east cost of Lombok. Well we hated it there! Pulled up at the harbour an were hassled for a good 20minutes about all sorts! Taxis, trekking, hotels the lot. We ended up bumping into Kath in a bar when we were walking to the hotel. We stopped for one initially but this obviously turned to about 4/5. We caught up on a tonne of stuff an it was lovely! Friendly face from home! We met for dinner an had an early night as we were catching the boat the next day!

We headed off to Gilli Air which was like paradise!! We got to the island after an hour bus ride up the top end of Lombok which looked beautiful. The Beaches an views were really pretty. The boat was jam packed with a few tourists but mainly locals who like to bring all sorts. It was a really fast trip over, only 20mins an the boat dropped us at the harbour in the middle of the island. We had a scout round for somewhere to stay but got bored of that an decided to stop an have lunch an a few drinks.

Katharin ended up going for a wonder an finding us a lovely little place at the end of the strip. Banana cottage I think it was called for £5 a night each an we had our own bungalow and an outdoor bathroom!! We stayed there for 2 nights all in all. We went for a wonder around the island to watch the sunset on the other side at a few little beach bars.

The next day we went on a snorkelling trip an we saw TURTLES!!! We went to 4 snorkelling sites all in all. So much to see, loads of different fish an types of coral but we couldn't believe it when we saw turtles! They were amazing! Huge things just chillin in the coral an bobbing round. That night we had a few drinks but there really wasn't much of a party scene on gili air.

The next day we moved into gili trawngan. definitely more of a party island than gili air. Rach an Colin recommended a hostel to us so we all headed to check in, they were already there so ideal! The island its self was amazing! We all went snorkelling in the day time an got to see the turtles again!! Such Beautiful creatures. Obviously we followed this by going for beers an watching the liverpool game. We ended up having a bit of a heavy night rolling in at 3am....did not expect that!!

Needless to say, the next day we didn't do much! Went to the beach an chilled out. Rachel an I actually went to a Yoga class in the afternoon. It was brill! Really relaxing an nice to do some sort of exercise! We all walked to the view point that evening to watch the sunset. We managed to find a lovely little bar that did a BBQ on the main strip for £3 each!

We leave for bali today so I'll update again just before Australia!!
