South East Asia Adventure
Just like home, Sydney always makes me feel good when I get here.
I have loads of friends here and I have been trying to get time to see them all, but as always there are too many things to do and people to see to not run out of time. Jude has been busying working so I have managed to finally get some rest and now I feel like I am on holiday.
I liked my foot massage so much I had another one when I got here. Not as good and it cost about three times as much as Hong Kong - won't be doing too many of them here. I have spent time with Cousin Caroline and her children which was great. Even spent the morning moving a couple of hundred Sydney Sandstone Paving slaps off from the road. Thankfully she doesn't know I have laid them before too, but I am missing my buddy Scarper (from Bodget (me) and Scarper (Geoffrey) inc) so I will leave here with my back intact, plus this way she might let me come back again.
The weather has been great, on the one cloudy day we have had I went Sightseeing with Terry - Circular Quays, Opera House and we walked around the Botanical Gardens - (a long walk). We started and Finished off with food!!
Jude and I have managed to do the Coogee to Bondi Costal Walk which was incredible; we stopped half way around to eat again - this time in Bronte! They really do great food here. The sea has been so wonderfully hot 24 C, it is like getting into a luke warm bath, but the rip is bad and it can be difficult to fight your way back out.
Last night Jude and I went to the Korean Women baths, you do not get any privacy and no clothes - I was fine once I took my glasses off I can't see them and therefore they can't see me.
We both had a Body Scrub followed by a full body massage and facial. It was great I have never been so clean in my entire life, and I was surprised to find the masseur kneeling on my back - I never felt her get up on the bed never mind climb on my back. We finished it all off with a sauna and dip in the pool, with a meal.
Last few days before we go to NZ so I will post another postcard before we leave here.
Not missing you yet
