Hi there,
I did it.... the whale watching tour. How amazing was that!! Few technical difficluties to begin the day, but saw pilot whales on the first trip out. As we didn't spot the sperm whales I went out again in the afternoon (even with a bit of sea sicky feeling) and saw a fantastic, magnificent, wonderful, beautiful sperm whale. Also saw fur seals and wondering Albotross. Sorry the pics aren't going on yet - not sure this internet cafe can cope with uploading photos (not within the next four or five days at any rate!) I also saw hundreds of Dusky dolphins - so playful and happy and lush - just wanted to kiss them all! Jo and Pete, this is where the angel went in. (thinking of you both for the 11th - wish I could be with you xx)
It was a truly wonderful day - I had a lovely time and would recommend it to anyone! I'm quite blissed out now - very zen hey! I have picked up a bit of a kiwi twang - it never takes me long to soak up another language and use it as my own.
I had another early morning and arrived in Franz Josef at 3pm. I am so excited to say that I have booked my Heli-Hike tour of the Glacier tomorrow. Having never travelled in a helicoptor before I think I may wet myself with excitement. (very easily pleased me)
May try and upload one photo to see if this joint can cope and go from there. Sorry to keep you waiting dudes and dudessesssssss.
love you all angelpies!
xxooxx
