Cape town rocks! Well so far we\'re still having a great time in cape town, I\'ll be so sad to leave south africa... but i know there is so much more fun to come!! Its so hard to remember what we\'ve done. its just been manic! On the thursday the day after we got back here we just chilled out by the pool.... we seem to be getting very good at that! On friday we went on an open top bus tour round cape town (how very british!) and went up table mountain which was just fantastic! We got the cable cars up but some people actually walk. My excuse is it would have been far to hot to do so and therefore dangerous for my health!! We did this with Katrina this crazy german girl we met here!! We actually call her crazy german girl!! We also have two 18yr old guys in our dorm from bath... danni and i cant resist mothering them... they\'re so sweet. Think we might meet up with them in oz as they are heading there at a similar time to us. On saturday a big group of us went to clifton beach... again gorgeous like everything else here!! The sea is so cold there though as its the atlantic ocean and the indian ocean meets on the other side of cape point. We thought it would be hilarious to dig this huge whole (well me and the two 18yr olds.... go figure... how juvenile!) and then i sat in it and they filled it with sand!!I was covered right up to my neck and needed help to get out, much to everyones amusement!!!!!!! Photographic evidence is available of the floating head and will be posted as soon as i can be bothered! And today we went down to the waterfront to meet Tony and Adriennes daughter Lisa and grandson Tariq who live here. We went for lunch and had a lovely time! Tomorrow we\'re going to visit a township around here where we\'ll visit a primary school, see the medicine man and meet a few locals etc. Then on tuesday we are on a day visit to Robben Island where Nelson Mandela was imprisoned. Should be a very emotional two days. I\'m actually quite enjoying staying in dorms its been really fun and funny!!! It seems all I\'ve done is laugh for the past two weeks!! There are so many people here in a similar age group that it can get chaotic.... for example 1am swimming etc... and i wasn\'t even drunk!! Its too hot for that! The next time I write will probably be when we get to Singapore on wed or thurs but I hope I\'ve mentioned everything... if not feel free to write your questions and include a stamp addressed envelope!!! Sorry I\'ve not been able to phone alot of people but its really expensive and if I try to ring a few ppl I\'ll feel bad cos I\'ll want to call you all!!
