Our first day in New York. Took the subway to Coney Island, no rides are open on weekdays now. It was still great to walk along the famous boardwalk though.
We then went to visit the Empire State Building, was taken back 11 years ago girls! This time however there were no queues. Still amazing up there. We could see the new Freedom Tower being erected at the site of the WTC. We will see that up close perhaps tomorrow.
