Carole Reynolds Dear Maz and Del. Have just seen your photos of OZ at New Year, looks great, watched it on the TV. London was pretty impressive but can't beat OZ. Went to Germany just before Christmas to a place called Stuttgart, was really nice but no snow. Weather forcast for this week here is for some snow, how I envy you that lovely weather. Karen It's great to see more photos of your adventures appearing on the site - I was wondering why they'd stopped? Don't tell me you're both working too hard/haven't had time, because I won't believe you!! Hee hee! Aren't the Blue Mountains great? Did you do the cable ride? You are both inspiring women trust me...so wow its only been 10 months huh seems like its running into years but how much fun is it its sounds bloody mind blowing...lol Inspired by your courage and free spirits i have an announcement i have just landed a job in London, stratford-i will be delivering training on alcohol harm minimisation to young gay women, professionals in the field, doing outreach on the scene so i get to socialise and helping to manage their website so i leave in 1 weeks time lodging with a friend,was hoping to buy my flat but i just had the evaluation report back it looks like a non starter but hey maybe this wasnt the one . Er am i nervous and excited ? YES i finally reached my goal to leave DSB behind me and go out there and touch has many people has possible with my knowlledge spread more love and all that. i guess its wat makes me tick connecting with people and making a difference. My drink up was great and the surprise they sprung on me was funny got caught totally off guard. Shall miss the people and not the place tooo much politics ..the orginal house of commons lets say lol Anyway enough about moi keep your selves safe , happy, amused, smiling, exploring, loving, alert, beautiful and 3 spirited and i shall let you know how my adventures in london are going. Jane Anderson Hi Maz & Dal, I see you have finally made it to oz. How you finding sydney. Have you found an apartment yet and when do you start work, do you know what you will be doing? Our trip will come round soon enough, its only just over two months before we come out there. We have two apartments booked. I think there' about 15 of us in total (the nine of us in two apartments). Cardi, Gav, Vicky, & Zena are there already. And then the rest of us arrive on 22nd. Dont know your plans but were doing field day on NYD, you should come if you fancy it. What are your plans for christmas day? Cardi is working as a PA in CDB, and they are living in darling harbour at the mo. Anyway news this end is i have finally handed in my notice at SBPCT, i'm going fully freelance. Which is very exciting and a bit unerving whilst i set up eveything properly. Hope you are both well.
