Bonjour!!! OH MON DIEU! hahah... thats french for oh my god! this trip has been the experience of a lifetime.. so after my crazyness in london (ill post that tommarow).. i went through paris and then down to aix-en-provence where i am now.. getting here was quite an experience... from getting kicked out of the train station in paris and schacking up with two other backpackers (girls from virginia) to almost taking the wrong train to Lyon (oposite direction of Aix).. but anyway.. i made it here safe and sound and its been an amazing few days. Of course due to the world cup the french have been a little fiesty lately. We watched the games in le centre ville and then we would go to our favorite bar.. Le Manoir and drink these huge draft beers and speak french with all of the locals.. aftwards we sometimes will wander down to the "scat club" a little jazz bar we go to until the wee hours of the morning... i went to cannes on sunday.. it was just beautiful... my life here has been pretty pleasent.. just eating at tiny french cafes... drinking vin (wine)... everything you would expect from southern france... and of course going to class... hahah.. i have been doing that too (dont worry mom)... its actually really cool because there are 7 people in my class... and we are all from different countries.. so communicating is quite fun.. anyway... i gotta run.. ill be a lot better with fillin ya'll in!
