Hey Guys we were going to put up some pics but miss Hilary forgot to bring the USB cord but we will try and get some up here tonight. We had a lovely flight into Cusco today and found a nice peaceful hostel. It is a beautiful city. Very small village feel with lots of narrow cobblestone streets. The people selling things here are mucho agressive...it?s kinda scary. Umm, we managed to buy our train tickets today to Machu Picchu so we will be trekking there on Friday and have a few days (I personally plan on getting some quality hotspring time in). TOday we sampled the local dish cuy which is roasted guinea pig. IT was very tasty if somewhat disturbing (the little guy watched us from the plate...pictures to follow). Also tried some mate de coca which supposedly helps with the altitude...tastes similar to green tea. We found a yummy bakery as well for our morning sustinance where all the proceeds go to charity! Oh PS thanks for the travel book dad...it is our bible and the way we have been picking out restaurants, bars, hostels, taxis, etc etc. Also PPS HILARY IS MY SPANISH GOD!!!!!!!!! Anyway this computer is crap so off to greener pastures and chicha ice cream (bear and corn flavour-sick? we will let you know)
