hello all, vietnam and cambodia were awesome - will have to write a longer seperate blog about them another time but there were lots of temples, markets, good food and nice people... being in thailand now is a bit more chilled out and enjoying some lazy days by the beach after insane bangkok (where i did manage to fit in a thai massage amongst all the chicken pad thai).

Will be heading off to malaysia tomorrow and will sit down and write a more detailed bloig soon - just wanted to post something short and sweet for now!

please keep letting me know how spurs are getting on, x factor news... etc.. all the important stuff!
