Spent the last couple days in byron bay. weather was rubbish for the 1st two days, and i booked my accomidation late so i ended up in a place called the 'arts factory' basically a load of hippies! i was in a room with 4 girls who all knew each over, they were like little fairys with bells on their wrists and round their waists with floaty little dresses who kept telling each other how lovley they looked and how happy they were... weird... but i met a nice canadian girls and we had abit of a hectic night out! i got abit excited with my new australia phone number and gave it to way to many guys. my phone was going from 7oclock the next morning! with one guy the night after leaving me 46 missed calles and 40 messages (im not exagerating, i counted!) but i met some nice enligsh guys who i spent the next 2 days with, went to the beach second was was abit clody, but on the last day weather was really nice, so we spent all day there! waves were so strong though i had to constantly pull my bikini top up! planned to go out that night so had some goon (cheap cask wine, pretty much the only alcohol backpackers can afford!) at the hostel and played some cards ended up walking into town and not even making it to the clubs we all got a kebab and stumbled home! im now in surfers paradise, ended up checking into the wrong hostel to the people i met and im now a 45 minute walk out of town! not happy! but im only here 2 nights so i might just watch some dvds and catch up on sleep!
