I love flying! I always get a window seat so I can lean on the wall to sleep but also so I can stare out into the clouds. I think about how I'm flying 30,000ft up in the air in a big metal thing. How did the concept even enter someone's mind. How pretty are the clouds. That cloud looks like Grandpa Simpson. I wish i could jump on the clouds. I wonder if I'll see a bird fly into the engine. Yep...there's some pretty intellectual thoughts going on right there! But seriously it's nice to get away from it all and just stare out a plane's window and switch off.

Today I flew with Air Asia to Kuala Lumpur before I hop on another flight to Siem Reap, Cambodia tomorrow. I like flying Air Asia because it's cheaper than other airline, the staff are always nice and the food is actually really tasty. I had the Nasi Lemak. The flight was delayed by an hour but I didn't mind because I was still half asleep.

Now I'm staying in Tune Hotel right next to the LCCT because my flight is really early tomorrow! This hotel is really basic. You pay extra for air con, wifi, hairdryer, towels...pretty much everything! But it works out well because you only pay for what you need. A cheap option for a quick stopover. You can also get a room for a few hours to freshen up between flights which is kinda cool. Ok I'm starving so might head back over to the terminal for....not McDonald's....definitely not McDonald's :|
