Day 1 Left Calais to drive to Germany at 3.30pm after having a nice relaxing lunch. 409 miles to drive :-( Finally arrived at Europa Park at midnight on 7/4/11 went straight to the bar for a couple of beers then straight to bed!! Day 2 Nice lie in until 9.30 then went to the restaurant for breakfast, soooo much food!! Very very hot here, got invited to Willys house for lunch. Wow what a morning!! Left the house at 3.30am and set off for Lydden circuit. Arrived to find lots of balloons already on the launch field, so we started setting up. Pilot breifing was at 6am where we were given the go ahead to fly!! Woo hoo! Time to get cold inflated and prepared!
