Half way through my trip - Argh!!!
A quick update of what has been happening over the past few weeks - We made our way through Cambodia - proberly the best country I have ever visited. We had a hectic week of visiting Angkor Wat, The Killing Fields and S21 (burial site and prison of 1.7 million Cambodian's in 1975)
We also had a trip to the emergency room in hospital as I have a intestine parasite infection - very scary but making a slow recovery now and losing lots of weight!
Lynn and Jo - you will be pleased to hear that I visited an orphanage but the children were too big for me to smuggle in my bag to bring home for you - most of their parents had died from Aids or Land-Mine accidents so it was very sad but all the children were just hugging and kissing us the whole time we were there.
We have just spent 4 days at a place called Jungle Beach in Vietname - the first time we have been on the beach since being travelling - still no tan though!
We are flying back to Thailand in a few days to travel around the islands and do lots of snorkelling, surfing and sunbathing!
Hope that everyone at home is okay and please l\keep on emailing me...!
Lots of Love, Emma
