Well i had a quiet week and met up with Gore from home as we are both heading to perth. The first day i was in melbourne we went car hunting and what a load of expensive sheds we found i think i would rather walk. The trams in the city are a great way of getting around and a bit different from a bus or train. That night we met up with Becky a friend of Gores and went out for the nicest pizza and then a bit of a pub crawl back across the city as we were the other side from the hostel so it was just a way of seeing the city by night. The next day we got up late but managed to fir a tour in of old melbourne gaol which was where Ned Kelly was hung and the last person that wasa hung there was in the 1960's quite a scary thought. We then went to see federation square which is across the street from finders street station and has some modern buildings. I also tried sushi for lunch which isnt bad. The next morning i went for breakfast at a cafe down the road and ended up with two lovely lads one yellow and one black i had to take a pic. Their owner vanashed for about an hour but that was fine by me. In the afternoon we went up the eureka sky tower which has amazing views of the city and the life goes up at 9 meters per sec which is quick and the deck is on the 88th floor. The next day we went to the aquarium which was nice but i did think it would be bigger, i was tempted to pay to go diving in the tanks with the sharks but its alot of money but i'm sure i'l be in melbourne again, so i can think about it then. The next few days we didnt do alot tring to save some money after giving up on the car idea for now, so we just walked around the city and the parks which were nice.
