Travelled from Halong Bay back to Hanoi which was the same three hour bus journey in reverse. Checked in and went for a wander around the town.Had some lunch and walked around the lake and went to a famous prison that has been turned into a museum but didnt go inside.

Feeling ill again so went back to the hotel and I slept for another couple of hours. Went out to a nice restaurant in the evening, recommended by lonely planet and it lived up to expectations.Went out for a few drinks afterwards and had a great time in one bar playing pool and singing along to all of the old classics.Moved to another place but then Lisa kicked off at Kim and Ryan so we headed home pretty early.
