We arrived at our campsite at lunch time and I must say I was rather impressed. It is set on an old rail station and we were all pitched on different levels and next door is the chair lift to a viewing point.
Once the people who wanted lunch had had some we all decided that since we didn't have enough of their currency to get up and down that we would take it up and walk back down. The views were amazing but I was slightly freeked out by the chair lift. We climbed up to the viewing point with some spectacular views and after decided to run back down the viewing point hill. . . after all we had walked up the stairs and at the top it didn't look too steep but oh how we were wrong. You couldn't stop running it was that steep or it would end up in a face plant so by the time we all got to the bottom we were all in hysterics.
The next day we headed into town and decided to do the bus and boat tour and even though it was raining we still persisted like tourists to sit outside!!! Me, Becca and Toby stayed on the bus for most of the loop as we were on cook group that night and wanted to be back earlier so we went for some lunch after and headed back to the camp site . . . once again soggy from the days rain.
