Last friday was our day trip to Siena and San Gimignano. The weather was not very good, overcast most of the day, but sunny at times. The towns were so cute though. Both of them were pretty little but had so many shops and places to eat. We got a tour of Sienna and then had free time to get lunch. Today was our third day of school. We are both taking Italian 101 and Italian Life and Culture. We absolutely love learning the language because we learned quickly that you feel very out of the loop not knowing any italian. The weather has been so so the last few days.. its rained a little and that makes our 45 minute walk to school quite miserable. We made it!!We arrived this morning at 1030am and it is absolutely beautiful. We took a mercedes taxi, very classy, and arrived at our school. Our school, Capa, is on a really narrow street and in a very old building. We then roamed around Florence and walked for a few hours. We love everything about this city!
