When you mentioned the bad blisters after the first part of your hikes I couldn't help but think of OSAT when you had those god-awful blisters and never complained once.  You were such my hero!  Apparently suffering through it once was enough to get you to do some serious hiking in NZ!  Say hi to the hobbits for me:)

 It sounds like your having a great time. You have done a lot of traveling. I hope that you are able to find a job soon, it would be nice to stay as long as possible to enjoy yourself. Oma wants you home as soon as possible, she likes everyone close to home.
