Hope the weather has got a bit better. That is what you can do in NYC - walk and walk and walk. Hope you got to the Empire State Building - I forgot to add that to my must do list. Cant recall if it is DC or Boston first but try and get out of DC to Washington's home and farm - it is definitely worth it. Apart from that, get on a tour that takes in the Capitol - you can only go there on a tour. Do the Smitsonian esp the air and space museum and if you get time some of the others. The memorials, Lincoln and Jefferson are a must do and i've probably left something out. In Boston take a couple of days and walk the Freedom trail and stop off and see things. Go to Harvard and buy some books in the Coop - so cheap. Do a tour with a student - they leave from beside the underground. Hope you are having a ball.
