Day 1
We arrived in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam at 4pm after stopping for an hour in Hong Kong airport.
Upon arrival Andy's bag was missing; it turned out it was still in Hong Kong and they would have to get it sent to the hotel in the morning.
So we headed off and got our transfer to the hotel and met up with people already on the tour, and 3 others who started at the same point as us. Overall there is 14 of us including the tour leader (Chris). The others come from Canada, Wales, Ireland, New Zeland and Austalia.
We went out to eat shortly after with everyone else, where I had Caramalised Pork which was nice.
As andys bag was due to come later than the coach was meant to leave the next day, we arranged another coach later on after we ate, which would be 2-3 hours behind the other people on tour.
After this was sorted we went off to bed to catch up on sleep.
Day 2
We got up at about 9am and headed to a bakery down the road to get some bacon pastries for breakfast and some drink for the day. After this we went for a walk around the `central park` of Ho Chi Minh City and went for a look in the Market and went to the Saigon River.
We then went for lunch at a place named `Hung Hung Long`. I just had some cantonese rice, and Andy had some rice and beef soup.
After this we went back to the Hotel to get Andy's bag and headed to the coach, at this time it was chucking it down with rain which went on for a few hours.
The coach took 2 hours to get to Cambodia, then another 3-4 to get to Phnom Penh and get to our hotel via a large sized TukTuk.
Tomorrow we are going to the `Killing Fields` and the Royal Palace, then the day after that head North to Siem Reap.
I will upload some photo's once we are in Siem Reap.
