Ed J -There certainly is still conflict and crisis in south sudan, particularly in the boarder areas between north and south. I'm not quite sure exactly what the classification is now / if there is one - but a number of the NGOs present in South Sudan are focusing more of their attention on the areas of on going conflict. Also some of them committed to a support program for a certain length of time after independence, and now that time for those programs are coming to an end.
