Second day in Kuala Terengganu. Start the day with a hearty breakfast, nasi dagang, local delicacy. A special rice steamed and prepared in recipe peculiar to Terengganu folks and eaten with tuna fish "Ikan tongkol" cooked in special gravy and condiments. Took the trouble to find the best place in town selling this special menu which is known for it's popular nasi dagang served on banana leaves. Indeed, it tastes several notches above par.
