It was a week of adventure and injury...unfortunately for me, I was the first to get injured. I sprained my knee with just 2 hours of snowboarding under my belt. In honor of our American roots (and, really, any excuse to take a day off), we took an extended weekend in Spain for Labor Day. The temperatures were soaring but somehow there always seemed to be a cooling breeze, and an icy cold refreshing beverage,in the shade. A road trip combined with a wedding reception took us to the Highlands of Scotland for a fabulous week of scenery and celebration. Foster was even along for the journey!
