Well, New York is shopping heaven and i made sure i did as much of it as possible. I reacon head to SoHo (an acronym for SOuth of HOuston) and NoLita and prowl the hidden boutiques they a packed with trendy fashion finds - just make sure there is room in your bag cause i nearly had to pay excess on my way home!
Canal Street (which is near by) is also great - they have loads of fashion bags and wallets - it is also a great area to hit the galleries and cafes as it is famous for its artistic flair - i reacon sit back and watch the locals...it's loads of fun - and there is plenty to watch!

After a hard day shopping and sipping tall mocha double lattes (non-fat, hold the cream) - HA - II went to a Broadway show. My new found tour friends and I decided dinner and a show was the perfect way to tackle the evening.
It's hard to miss the Broadway district with its flashing lights and chic crowds. We saw a modern-day musical The Drowsy Chaperone at the Marquis Theatre - it is the story of a pampered Broadway starlet who wants to give up show business to get married - it is great but there are loads of shows to see it really is hard to choose. When we sprawled from the theatre we all took off to one of the local bars, just like true New Yorkers - so much fun!
