My last stop in South East Asia brings me to Bali in Indonisia. My main goal while I'm here is to learn to surf and aparently ts the perfect place. Staying on Kuta beach, which if a bit crowded does have the easiest surf. Any way just my luck the surf is amazing, one day it went up to about 12 to 14 feet, (Massive waves) I took a day off that day just to be safe. I met some really nice people from the UK and New Zealand. We explored the local town which was interesting, apart from aweful cocktails it was ok, some great food and the locals were really nice. We visited the bomb memorial, the town seems to have recovered so well from the disaster that ruined the industry a few years ago.
One day we took a drive up in to the middle of the island to see some volcanos, so beautiful and really thick jungle. We went to a temple in habited by monkeys and one started chacing me around because I was eating a donut, they are really vicious if they think you have food. On the way back we stopped at a coffee plantation where they make you fresh coffee, cocoa and they even grow their own sugar, the best cup of coffee I have probably ever had.
Any how next stop is Australia.
