Hey all, We just heard of news of bombing attach in Egypt. So we wanted to post a message to let everyone know that we are okay. We are in Hurghada which is west side of Red Sea. We were watching news of bombing attack last night but it was all in Arabic and could not figure out where it was. Talk to you soon.

Hi guys! I'm jealous, and I just got back from vacation myself. Great pictures! Wonder which is worse, being under a camel or under a shark while diving? ;-)

Keep the progress reports coming - we'll all be watching with baited breath. But make sure you have FUN first and foremost - no sense remembering everything through the viewfinder of a camera.

Hey All, just checking in again. For those waiting for a phone call, it seems this mode of communication is easier for now. Anyway, thanks for the messages. Yesterday we visited "Old or Islamic Cairo" - the world's oldest market since the 14th century and the Egyptian Museum. It contains most of the treasures and mummies, etc. from all of the tombs. Overnight we took a train to Aswan and visited the Aswan High Dam, the world's largest manmade dam that's holding back the Nile. Tommorow we will take a felucca (Egyptian sailboat) down the NIle for a couple days to get to Luxor. We'll likely upload pictures when back in Cairo in about 1 week - much better connection there.
