Mission trip to Trinidad & Tobago

Oct 1 Friday

Carlos picked me up at 9am from my house. Met at church 10am. Sylvester was there on time. Checked the office, Christy set up was beautiful. Arrived at airport 10:30am. Everything went smooth. Chattanooga to Charlotte to Miami to Trinidad. Arrived very fast. Custom was a little hectic, but everything was fine. Kimrol, Pst Gemma met us at airport. Went to KFC at 11:30pm. Staying at Pst Ali home. Wonderful accommodation. Slept well first night.

Oct 2 Sat

Woke up 6:30am feeling great. The clouds had arrived! Spoke at a Leadership conference from 9-2pm. Over 50 attended. Very confident in what I shared. Lunch at 1pm. Received a compliment from a Attorney. Sis Ali got some new contacts for me. Came home around 2:30pm. Slept from 3 to 6:30pm. Dinner at home around 7pm. Spent the evening with the Alis.

Oct. 3 Sun

Woke up at 5:45am. Prayed and prepared. Went back to sleep. Spoke at Bishop Ali church Sun am, 10am. Spoke on the family. There were over 200 people in attendance. Prayed for all the children and their parents. Guided the parents to give a blessing to their children. Rest that afternoon. Spoke that evening on Singles and Parenting. Over 150 attended. Ministered to several at the altar, one young man accepted the Lord.

Oct. 4 Mon

Woke up very early! It was raining very hard, I spoke to the storm and it quieted down. At 8am, motivated 700 students at a middle/high school. We went to this school in 2008. They had several problems; behavioral problems and administration issues. In 2010, behavioral problems has drastically decreased. Met with the President and Vice President and discuss some strategies of how to motivate the young men. We came up with a Mentoring program. We prayed over the Pres. And VP. Had pizza for lunch-it was great.

Rested from 12pm to 1pm. Prepared for tonight from 1:30pm to 3:30pm. At 4pm, met with a group of Lawyers and Judges. I discussed with the vision of Destiny Institute of Trinidad. They were thrilled. I ministered to them and prayed over them, blessed them and deployed them into the Field of Govt. Left there and went to the Couple's Conference at 7pm. 104 people showed up. I spoke from 7:45pm to 10pm. It went very well. After the conference we went to KFC.

Oct. 5 Tue

Woke up around 8am. Had breakfast with Pastor Ali and Pst. Gemma. Lunch with a Business Owner at a Chinese Restaurant. Rested during the afternoon. Picked up by Pastor Nelson at 6:30pm. Spoke at small Village Church. God moved in a mighty way. Spoke on Truth and prayed for people. Signs and Wonders were done:

1. Woman's back was healed

2. Woman's blood sugar went from 500 to 250.

3. Man's shoulder was healed

4. Woman's spine was healed

5. Young girl eyes was prayed for.

At 9:30pm had dinner with Kimrol & Cavelle. Ministered and prayed for Kimrol and Cavelle. We had some great hamburgers!

Oct 6 Wed

Woke up around 7:30am. Had breakfast with Bishop Ali's family. Consulted Bishop Ali, Sis Ali and their daughter in law on Leadership structure in their church. Had lunch with Kimrol and Lady Cavelle. After lunch, went for ice cream; I had a local flavor: Sour Sop. Arrived home around 2pm. Rested, prayed and prepared. For this evening. Taught at a Theological Seminar; PAWI Pentecostal Assemblies West Indies. Class went very well. 15 students were in class. They were excited about hearing about the Kingdom! From 11pm-12am,I was invited to be one of the panelist on a radio station; 98.1 A Christian radio station.

Oct 7 Thur

Woke up around 7am, spent some time resting and praying. Breakfast was at 8am. Bishop Ali fixed grill cheese. At 10am, we spoked at a school. We spoke to ages 10-13, ages 5-7 and with the teachers. The students really enjoyed the sessions, they had a great time. Alot of them remembered what we taught them last year; "I am strong, special, secure and smart." Rested until 3pm. From 3pm-6pm, spent time praying for tonight service, prepared for tomorrow staff mtg and ate Sis Merle Ali pasta. It was very good!

At 7pm, spoke at a church, Desrie Poploco-Simbhoo was the Pastor. She has Pastored the church for 2years. She attended the Leadership and the Purpose class. She expressed how the training really helped her in her present Pastoral position. The service went well. Nice size attended.

Service ended and they served refreshments. That is a tradition to serve the whole Church refreshment after service. Meet some more Pastors who wants to join our Network.

Pastor Nelson took us to his house for us to bless his wife's home store business; Nelson Mini Mart.

Spent time to counsel Pastor Nelson's sons in their relationships. One son has only been married for two months. The other son has a off and on relationship with his live in girlfriend. After I shared about Kingdom principles, they both accepted Christ into their lives and relationship. PTL

Arrived home at 12am!

Oct. 8 Fri

Woke up around 6am and Prayed some! Ate breakfast at 9am and Had a counseling session from 9:30am to 11am.

Had a Board mtg with Destiny Institute of Trinidad & Tobago. Their were 8 present:

1.Pst. Banks

2. Amb. Carlos Mann

3. Pst. Gemma

4. Sheer

5. Kimrol Ali

6. Pst. Ali

7. Sis Ali

8. Pst. Nelson

The meeting was very successful. We shared the progress has been made since Destiny Institute of TT was birth in Nov. 2008:

1. Several Pastors have implemented the training and have seen tremendous progress.

2. New Government being formed

3. Network of Pastors has grown from 1Pastor to over 10 Pastors

4. Behavioral problems has decreased in a school we visited.

5. Marriages and Families are being restored.

6. Several healings

7. Several received Christ

8. Paving roads

9. A woman who couldn't get pregnant, is having a baby next year.

10. Encourage a new Pastor

11. Crime has decreased in the country.

Rested from 1pm to 3pm. From 3pm to 5:30pm, prayed and prepared for tonight's meeting. Spoke at a church: The Apostle Ministry with Pastor Kirk. God downloaded some awesome Truths! When the Pastor got up after I finish, he just kept repeating "Wow, Wow, Wow!

After service, we went to TGIF and fellowship with Kimrol, Lady Cavelle, Pst Gemma, her husband and Sheer.

Oct 9 Sat

Woke up 7am and prayed. Had breakfast at 9am; omelette and toast. Spent time with Pastor and Sis Ali.

Had a luncheon with the Ali's family. We celebrated Pastor Ali and Kimrol birthday. We had several East Indian dishes. We started packing to go to Tobago, Pastor Ali's granddaughter; Sky, age 5, ran up and gave me a big hug and said she will miss me when i go to Tobago for the weekend. I got choked up and said I will truly missed her.

We left at 2pm to the port for Tobago. We sailed to Tobago at 3:15pm. Arrived in Tobago at 7pm. The weather was nice, clouds was in the air and the atmosphere was peaceful.

We headed to our Guesthouse. The guesthouse was like a bed and breakfast setup. Everything was modern and the Host Church left us a fruit basket of some of the local; nuts, fruits, juices and other nick nacks.

Spent the rest of the evening eating out of the basket, rested, and watching a NBA game.

Oct 10 Sun

Woke up at 6am, prayed and prepared. Left to the Church at 9:30am. The Church is called The People's Pentecostal Church. The Pastor is Dr. Glendon Frank. We graduated from the same Seminary; Jacksonville Theological Seminary. The service was great. I spoke about "Knowing the Truth about You". The Praise and Worship was wonderful. I ministered to some people at the altar.

After service, we went back to the guest house. At the guest house, the church brought us lunch. The lunch consisted of Tobago's food. It was really good! I rested through the afternoon.

At 6pm, we headed to the evening service. The church was full. I talked about "A Kingdom Mindset". I spoke about an hour and a half. The message of the Kingdom gets exciting every time I teach it. Some of the people were really getting it. The church has no AC, so alot of the people were hot and drowsy.

After church, we had dinner with Pastor Frank and Dr. Rami and a friend. Dr. Rami is a Tobago's doctor. She was really excited about Destiny Insitute of TT. She as schedule us to meet with some Tobago's doctors Monday evening.

Came back to the guest house ate some fruit and watch Sunday night football.

Oct 11 Mon

Woke up around 6am. Went to Pastor Frank's school. I spoke to 275 teens, Amb. Carlos spoke to 5 to 12 years olds and Pastor Gemma spoke to the babies.

After the school, we went to the port to get tickets to Trinidad. We went to the mall, Pastor Gemma bought me a shirt and had some lunch at KFC.

Spent the rest of the afternoon resting, planning and ready to come back to Chattanooga. I really missed my dear Bride, my kids and all my Spiritual kids.

Tonight's meeting was amazing! Dr. Remi gathered a group of Professional from Tobago to meet with us at 7pm. There were 9 professional; Educators, Doctors, lawyers, Media and a Pastor. I shared with them about the 8 fields and about the Kingdom. They were blown away! I took a picture with them, Ordained and Deployed them! WOW, I feel so renewed and refreshed! Carlos felt the same!

Oct 12 Tue

Woke up at 4am. Pack to go back to Trinidad. Headed to the port in Tobago at 6pm. Pastor Frank stopped us by the side of the road to give me an offering. Left for Trinidad at 6:30am. Very relaxing trip on the ferry.

Arrive in Trinidad at 9:30am. Spent time talking to Pastor Ali and Sis Ali. Pastor Ali informed us that while we were in Tobago over the weekend, the temperature in Trinidad was intensely hot. It was unbearable, Pastor Ali said. When we arrive in Trinidad today on Tuesday, the temperature went drastically lowered. It rained and the clouds return.

We went to Pizza Hut with Pst. Gemma and her husband, Kimrol & Cavelle. After lunch, we went for Ice Cream.

Rested until 4:30pm. Talked to Sylvia for awhile. I really enjoyed that time.

Had a counseling session with a couple at 5:30pm. We had dinner with Pst & Sis. Ali at 6:30pm. The meal was great!

Spent time in prayer with Pastor Ali son and his family.

Left for Pastor Gemma house at 8:30am. We saw her addition in her home to accommodate her church inside her home. We prayed over her, Pastor Nazab and Sheer.

Spent the rest of the evening with Kimrol and Lady Cavelle!

Around 10:30pm, back at home resting and packing to leave early Wed. AM to head back to the States.

Oct. 13 Wed
Woke up at 3am and finish packing. Left for airport at 5am. Left Trinidad at 8:30am and arrived in Chattanooga at 7pm.
