Well well well, here i am again in the land of the merlion!!! Got here nice and safely and quite refreashed!! could of had something to do with the fact that we had a spare seat to us!! 3 seats for 2 people, and no its not cause they thought i needed the room for my extra weight!!! So a good 6 hours sleep for little sarah as she could pretty much stretch out!!! and a good 4 odd hours for me!! But the lure of films was hard to resist!!

Also what a great airline!! they give you goodie bags with galaxy, werthers originals fruit water etc!! wohoo!!

Anywho,

Arrived in warm but not overly sunny singapore round 6, and decided to get the mrt to show sarah the real singpaore. The walk from the station was ment to be 15 mins, but after a wrong turn to me, we got lost!!! doh!!! Turned the short 15 min walk into a 30 min round trip, until we found a really helpful security guard who showed us the way!! Neadless to say by the time we arrived i had sweat dripping of my cap, and my t-shirt was pretty see through!!

Went for food at a hawker market, and had swordfish, chicken wings, prawn mee and noodles, satay lamb, muton and chicken and boy was it nice!!! Both nicely satisfied and all for less than 6 quid!!!

Due to not being too tired decided to take sarah to the src and scc grounds, which are placed in the main suburb of singapore, photo's to follow. Basically just had a walk around and showed her the difference between the asain side and western side!! Money basically!!

Off to the man made beach today!!! To havea look at backwards guns and just get some sun!!! sunburn pics to follow!!!
