Barnaul to Russian Altai

Well at least it stopped raining, a standard ride except for the police the speed limits are heavily enforced 95 KPH on main roads with 65 KPH in the towns. We passed five police camera cars in the space of 50 miles I was leading and had several near misses. Jono Kevin Alan and Lee were eventually stopped doing 95 in a 65 but Kev managed to talk their way out of it, he told the police they'd no money and apologised lots so eventually they let them off, lucky or what? Finally got to the Altai the Russian equivalent of the Lake district it's a beautiful place full of Russians on holiday, great campsite right by the river.
