I'm burnt. I always burn myself at the beach. But ! This time it wasn't my sheer stupidity, I fell asleep.
...
So maybe it's still my sheer stupidity. Whatever.
San Sebastian ( or Donostia, as it's called in basque) is beee-ooooootiful. I adore it here, the mountains and the beach and the sunshine, and the cool air at night, so perfect. It's definitely prettyyy close to paradise.
I met up with my friends back home, one whom I especially missed because she came travelling quite early in the year. It was crazy because she got on my Busabout bus at Pamplona as i was coming from madrid (yes i spent a night in madrid and saw some fantastic flamenco) and I jumped off the bus and gave her the biggest hug ever, I was shaking so much because of all the emotion.
The sunset here is probably the best I've seen. As far as cloudless sunsets go.
I could definitely live here. When I learn Spanish. Or basque. Or both. Most likely both.
I have tonight and tomarrow night left, and then it's off to the infamous Paris.
I'm going to miss the Spain, with the tapas and pinxos and siesta's, holly mother Mary and joseph I love the siestas.
Sort if speaking of which,
Sleepy times now, off to snooze :)
