Hi all its day 10, we arrived in Rome yesterday and the weather is scorching. We went to Vatican city and visited the sistain Chapel, this was quite amazing. However our tour guide decided to take us on a 2.5 hour walk in the heat and we didn't even get to see any of the sights, so as you can imagine everyone was very peed off and tired last night. It gets better we then went for tea right in the middle of the George Bush riots (and we have to go there again today) it was an experience to watch but very dangerous and scary.

We arrived in Rome at 8:00am this morning to explore, we have visited the Colloseum and yes it is amazing and i am glad i came early to see it. We were on our way to see St Peter's in Chains but it is absolutely boiling so we decided to stop off and catch up on our emails!

Were off to Pompeii in the morning and then board the ferry for Corfu, cant wait for corfu, were booked on an all day cruise which should be great for topping up the tan!

By the way the backs of my legs are becoming toned due to the amount of walking and walking, i suppose thats one benefit!
