Graham Edgar Wright is a filmmaker, and his oeuvre includes Shaun of the Dead, Hot Fuzz, Scott Pilgrim vs. the World and the upcoming The End of the World. He's a very talented filmmaker who is best friends with/work most frequently with Simon Pegg and Nick Frost. I don't know if you'd enjoy his movies, but I'll be glad to show you one if you want to try them on for size.
