Today I'm in Mallorca and I've not had the oppertunity to get off here yet, so where do I go...McDonalds...for the free internet!
Since the last blog I have worked a shore excursion in Villefranche which was amazing! I went to Monaco, Monte Carlo and Eze. In Monaco I went into the Palace and saw the changing of the guards, which was nothing like it is in London, there were 11 people in the ceremony and only one guard that actually walks up and down! Then in Monte Carlo we ate lunch in Cafe de Paris which was very yummy and free :D and after lunch we had some free time so I walked all around the casino and the amazingly expensive shopping streets and hotels. The best part of the day was Eze, it's really hard to explain what it's like there so I suggest you google it, but oh my goodness it was beautiful! It was such a good day and the tour guide was really good too so it really didn't feel like a day of work for me.
As well as working excursions you can ask to go on them as if you are a guest, as long as you have enough time off. So next week I've asked to go to Pisa, which will be amazing if I get it.
I went to see the comedy duo the other night and I was literally crying with laughter, they're two guys from America who really play on the fact that they're black Americans. Right at the end of the show they pick 3 older men out of the audience to have a dance off with one of them. The comedians are amazing at dancing so obviously it's really funny seeing the comedien dance then the old guy embarrasing himself but this time all 3 of the guys were AMAZING! One of them even attempted break dancing!
I booked my flight to New York the other day, so I'm very exctied about the end of my contract now, one week crusing and one week in New York! But saying that, I'm still loving it and I can't believe how fast it's going, I'm nearly half way through already!! I'm excited to do the transatlantic and be back in America because Castaway Cay with the teens will be so fun. They have their own football and vollyball pitches and we also take them on a bike ride and snorkeling.
