Happy New Year! We have had a great Hogmanay with friends in Scotland, although as you can see it was pretty chilly in the morning -9 degrees and the water in the inner harbour was thinly frozen ( some of the locals had never seen that before!!) London was happy to greet us as the sun was shining and there was blue sky!! We have had a day walking the streets of London - Regents St which is dressing for Christmas, Oxford St where all the big department stores are full of shoppers (who said recession??) and more.
