How could we leave Malaga without trying the largest ice cream cone we have ever seen!!! The flavors Belgium chocolate and kinder (vanilla or white chocolate with chunks of Nutella) were the perfect large scoops to pair with this ginormous cone! They actually had a special scooper just for this cone. It took us about 20 minutes to finish it :)

If you thought that bottle of wine was for us, it's actually the barrel that belongs to us... That's the way we party at Fiera de Malaga! It's a very sweet wine that produce right here in Malaga.

It turned out to be quite the fiesta here in Malaga. By 5pm people are dancing and drunk everywhere... Deena is obsessed with all the festive flamenco dresses (especially worn by the little girls and even the one on the little dog).

The Feria de Malaga is a huge deal in Malaga. They begin the festivities with a firework show over the harbor. The million $ view is what you see from our hotel room. We then went to a private party on the hotel roof with a live band, drinks and gorgeous views of Malaga. Definitely come to Malaga for the Feria de Malaga (in August) and stay at the AC Marriott. It is a great location and walkin distance to everything.

So normally bullfighting does not happen in the summer months- except for during the fiera de augosto in Malaga! This was an interesting experience to say the least... Since we had toured the arena in Sevilla, we felt more knowledgable and more of an appreciation for the game. One of the matadors actually killed the bull in one shot... This was a big deal with a special ceremony where he received flowers. No dad, we did not say we like ours cooked medium rare!
