Hyggehejsa :)
New York City, Big Apple, the city that never sleeps - kært barn har mange navne.
Hudson River
Frihedsgudinden
Brooklyn Bridge
Grand Central Station
Diverse områder på Manhattan (Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho, Meatpacking District, Lower Manhattan, Financial District, Chelsea, Midtown, Harlem, mm.)
Brooklyn
Verdens 3.største kirke: Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine
Times Square
Broadway show: Mamma Mia
Top of the Rock (Rockefeller Center)
Central Park
Wall Street
High Line
Sex and the City location tour
Stay tuned folks!

Hello hello :)
New York, Big Apple, the city that never sleeps. We've seen so many exciting, fun and interesting places over the past 9-10 days and there will always be more to see.
It would take ages for me to tell you everything, so here a short version:
Ground Zero og 9/11 Memorial Museum
Hudson River
Statue of Liberty
Brooklyn Bridge
Grand Central Station
Different areas on Manhattan (Little Italy, Chinatown, Soho, Meatpacking District, Lower Manhattan, Financial District, Chelsea, Midtown, Harlem, etc.)
Brooklyn
Third biggest church of the world: Cathedral Church of St. John the Divine
Times Square
Broadway show: Mamma Mia
Top of the Rock (Rockefeller Center)
Central Park
Wall Street
High Line
Sex and the City location tour
Not to mention all the different iconic landmarks we've passed.
We have walked a lot, droven the bus, the metro, a cab, sailed on a boat and been transported on a bicycle carriage. Besides all of this, we have eaten far too much good food og done some serious power shopping, so that our bags are running out of space. We have been in NY during the group stages of the soccer world cup and surprisingly (and to my joy) nearly all bars, pubs and restaurants have been showing the matches.
The city has everything one could wish for and a bit more and you will never be able to see it all because it's continues to develop. I've had a small "culture shock", because there is a whole different vibe and way of life in NY than on the west coast - both positive and negative.
Now we're heading to the capital of the US, Washington DC for four days. And of course we expect to see Mr. President Obama himself :D
Stay tuned folk!
