Had a long day today, training it to Florence for a full day tour, and then getting back to the Villa just after 10pm, due to a cancelled train and then an indirect trip back to Siena. Meant to be though, as we caught up with an American family we travelled on the train with yesterday morning and had a great and lengthy conversation with them!! Made it to Pisa today after catching the train from Siena. The plan was to do a practice run for our day tomorrow when we are on a timetable with meeting a tour in Florence - checking timing, parking, getting lost - the usual!!!
