We arrived at 8 sunday morning after an uncomfortable night bus ride. We checked into our cool hostel. Its called the arts factory and has a bar, swimming pool, kitchin, pool table, volleyball pitch, kitchin, ping pong table and you can stay in a teepee if you want. Today we climbed the Sydney Harbour bridge. I was a bit nervous before we got there but once climbing up the ladders and steps I felt fine. The view from the top was amazing and well worth doing the bridge climb.

we went to the blue mountins today, not really mountians, more a nice valley, but it is blue due to the vapours from the eucalyptus trees ! We also went on the steepest railway in the world and the cable car in the picture. loads of nice photos and we saw some Kangaroos and some kookaburras in a national park, but no koalas. Arrived very early in the morning. Our hostel is pretty nice, about 40 min walk from the opera house. We managed to get a free upgrade, so have a room to ourselves. The hostel has free internet, and a kitchin we can use. We have seen Sydney Harbour today, we took a boat cruise all the way round at 4pm. saw loads of things, like Russell Crowes penthouse, lots of water, and other boats, and the seagulls from nemo that go "mine!"

Well apart from eating and sleeping we really haven't done much here. Max being ill and me having a cold has meant we have been staying mainly in the hostel for three days. Although the hostel is pretty cool. it has a pool table, cushions and a TV, free internet access, its own restuarant and zen garden on the roof top.
