Got i nto New York yesterday and we are staying only 2 blocks away from Time Square. Went for a walk for a few hours around the centre of New York and very quickly realised that alot of people are in this place. Hawkers are everywhere and crowds. We caught the train from Washinton and arrived at Penn station. eight people with luggage hitting a major city. Four taxis later (very proud of Angelia for dealing with the taxi situation) we managed to get to the hotel. Angelia had here photo with a NYPD officer who was standing in front of a big blood stain on the police car door. Went for a guided tour for 6 hours today all over Manhatton island travelled the subway in peak hour (very stressful) and managed to get back to base. The only oproblem we have is you rug up outside and peel of the layers when you go indoors. Tommorrow it is the statue of liberty and ground zero + something else. Until next time :)
