Arrived in Saigon and parted ways with Asaf, Laura and Monica who were all heading off in different directions on another bus the same day. I had a couple of days to spend in Saigon before heading to Thailand. Went to the Cu Chi tunnels, which were used in the Vietnam war, and shot a few rounds on a gun. I hit everything, except the target! Next day I did a boat tour of the Mekong Delta and then had a few beers in a bar with a Vietnamese guy who turns out was on the exact same flight to Bangkok as me. Crazy! And, surprise surprise, a girl who was on the boat tour was also on my flight, so we hung out at the airport for a while. I've lost count of the number of people I keep bumping into again. I'm going to miss Vietnam, will definitely return one day! But, after finally getting away from Hanoi, 7 cities in 2 weeks was a bit of a mad rush so I'm looking forward to relaxing in Phuket.
