Had day out with fer wednesday, set luvly up with cyclee clothesss, she looks superby and good.
Had scan, degenerative disc, injection on tuesday 11th April, then physio and learn to get better.....................................................................luv 2 both x

just found the site, informed by jen !!...............all sounds well, great, gold and silver in the mountain bikin, that stuffed it upem fosters rubbish, terrible coverage sometimes as the aussie tele cuts to there people and the camera work is usless. Great track performance, vicky pendleton gold she beat the aussy sisters, mind you there legs would be good on a tandem !! and the guys, fantastic performances. Hopin to take your bike for a spin over easter hols, think i might try sum deep foresty type ares where bears still rome and men are men...............................anyway, this was a great idea, i can talk to meself on this thing................luv to the both of you, safe movements, your dad x

Hey guys, glad to hear your having fun! We ended up getting back a bit late in the end due to all three of our flights been delayed, for a total of 36 hours, at least we got a free night in a five star hotel, quite different to the usual accomodation (as you kids will well know). Being home sucks, nice to see everyone but no money to do anything when you do, and snow, back in Scotalnd now and have almost three foot of snow and its still coming down hard - tans gone already! Dear Pen,

Great to hear news of your travels! With the rain coming down outside, it's good to know someone's having fun in the sun! We've had loads of snow since you left - just when you think spring is coming, we suddenly have arctic conditions!

Life goes on as usual in the office - though we have a different outlook now. We're all moved in downstairs, looking out on the car-park. Think of us as you lie on the beach, won't you?

Keep having a fantastic time - this trip is what life's best memories are made of. Treasure every moment, and keep writing down interesting things so that you don't forget them - you'll be glad you did when you're a senile old lady!
