O.K, so I admit it. I'm a self confessed wedding phobic. Who wouldn’t be? The idea of proclaiming undying love in a big puffy dress that belonged in the 80’s is not the most romantic gesture that comes to mind and gazing deeply into each other’s eyes in front of a room full of distant relatives seems kind of off-putting. We have decided to elope and begin our life together (legally speaking) as we want it to continue – As an adventure. If our adventure just happens to include a bottle of French champagne in a 5 star hotel in the Greek Islands, then I’m not complaining. Sure, we might be committing the ultimate wedding sin by running away to tie the knot...
