Got up early and drove to waitomo caves. We had to get into rate tight wetsuits and helmets to go caving. We had to squeeze down a tight hole and walks through watt in the underground caves. When we reached one point we turned our lights off and there were hundreds of glow worms on the ceiling. Was absolutely amazing. We walked a bit further then went tubing in a rubber ring through the caves looking at the glow worms. Was rate good. We then went further and had to swim in the freezing water for a bit. We then tubed another section and reached daylight again. Rate good. We had a hot shower then went and got lunch at a bakery. In the afternoon we went to rotorua and had a traditional mauri experience. We saw a macai and got taught a lot about the culture. We then had to sing them wonderwall and press noses with the man to welcome us to New Zealand. In the evening we went to our hostel which had a naturally heated pool. Rotorua stinks of sulphur cause of all the geothermal activity and there are loads of hot springs. We chilled in the pool and drank some goon.
